500 g | plums, halved, pitted |
240 ml | water |
60 g | sugar |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
1 stick(s) | cinnamon |
Instructions
Combine sugar, water, and lemon juice in a medium saucepan. Add cinnamon stick. Keep stirring constantly and bring to a boil.Place plums into the boiling syrup and continue boiling for 3-5 minutes, or until plums are tender.
Remove from heat and chill.
