Layered Dessert with Fruit and Cottage Cheese recipe

|1||apple, peeled, cored and sliced|
|1||pear, peeled, cored and sliced|
|1||banana, peeled and sliced|
|250 g||grapes, seedless, halved|
|1||grapefruit, pink, peeled and filleted|
|some||berries, strawberries, hulled and halved, raspberrie and blueberriess|
|50 ml||apple juice|
|50 ml||orange juice|
|1||lemon, the juice|
|500 g||cottage cheese|
|250 ml||whipping cream|
|50 g||brown sugar|
Mix apple, pear and banana in a bowl with the fruit juices to prevent oxidation and browning. Transfer all fruits into a glass bowl and toss gently.
Whisk the cream until stiff and fold in the cottage cheese. Cover the fruits with the mixture.
Mix the sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over the cheese.
Toast the almonds in a dry frying pan until golden and spread on top of the dessert.
