Ingredients
yellow boletuses mushrooms or any other wild mushrooms | |
2 tbsp | parsley |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
pepper and salt, to taste | |
baguette, sliced, toasted |
Instructions
Cut the baguette in slices.Toast under the grill until golden brown.
Clean mushrooms with a soft brush or cloth and cut them in thin slices.
Combine garlic and parsley ina small pan and roast them in little bit of olive oil. Add the remaining olive oil.
Add the mushrooms to the pan and steam the mushrooms for about 10 minutes on low heat until done.
Season with pepper and salt and then put on the toasted bread slices.
