Toasted Ciabatta bread steak sandwiches.

Ingredients
Serves: 6- 1 Tbs Veg Oil
- 1 Medium Onion Sliced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper Sliced
- Thin sliced cooked steak, left over roast (Chicken or pork optional)
- 3 Tbs Butter or Margarine
- Marina’s(R) Ciabatta bread, sliced 1/2 inch slices
- Sauce:
- 2 tbs mayonaise
- 1 tbs steak sauce
- 1 tbs hot horseradish sauce
- salt and ground black pepper
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Heat Oil in large frypan until hot. Add onions & peppers and stirfry until tender (about 5 minutes). Add steak slices and fry for 2-3 minutes. Remove and keep warm.
2. Melt butter in frypan and toast bread both sides about 5 minutes.
3. Mix mayonaise, steak sauce & horseradish. Spread on bread and top with steak/onion/pepper mix. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
