Curry pork skillet meal recipe details
This is a skillet recipe, inspired by Hamburger Helper(R), but full of good noodles and tastier spices. It has a Thai flavor with lots of curry and works well as a winter meal that will warm you from the inside out.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 pound ground pork
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic (not dry garlic)
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 2 cups milk
- 3 cups rotini
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons curry powder
- 2 tablespoons crushed red pepper
- 1 tablespoon MSG (Accent(R))
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha(R) Hot Chili Sauce or similar
- 1 tablespoon crushed cilantro
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 45 mins1. Brown the ground pork thoroughly on medium heat in 11 inch deep (2 1/2 inches) skillet with olive oil and minced garlic.
2. When browned, reduce to low heat, and stir in water, milk, rotini, butter, curry powder, crushed red pepper and MSG (Accent).
3. Bring to simmering boil on medium heat while stirring, then reduce to low heat and cover, maintaining for 20-30 minutes until rotini is soft and well cooked.
4. Stir in Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce or similar, and crushed cilantro. Cover on low heat for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
