Ingredients
2 kg | asparagus, cut into 3-4 cm pieces |
1 kg | pork neck, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces |
4 sprig(s) | rosemary, chopped |
4 sprig(s) | thyme, chopped |
8 tbsp | oil |
4 tbsp | soy sauce |
pepper |
Instructions
Blanch the asparagus for a minute. Drain and chill under cold water. Spike in turn the meat and the asparagus onto skewers.In a wide shallow bowl, mix the oil with herbs and soy sauce. Season with pepper. Add the skewers and leave to marinate for an hour.
Grill the skewers, basting occasionally with the marinade, until golden all around and the meat is cooked through.
