Serves: 10- 1 (14 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 25 mins1. Adjust an oven rack to the center position and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, 1 cup Parmesan cheese, cream cheese and green chiles. Scoop the mixture into a glass pie pan. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese.
3. Bake until bubbly and slightly browned, about 25 minutes. Serve warm.
