Ingredients
120 ml | Grand Marnier |
2 tbsp | orange marmelade |
100 g | dried apricots |
grated zest of 1 orange | |
1 | fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, cubed |
800 g | fresh berries: |
strawberries | |
raspberries | |
blueberries | |
blackberries |
Instructions
Combine Grand Marnier, marmalade, dried apricots, orange zest and pineapple and leave to marinate in the liqueur up to 24 hours.One hour before serving, rinse berries and cut in half but leave blueberries and raspberries whole. Toss berries with marinated fruit.
