Ingredients
Serves: 10- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons confectioners sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 2/3 cup milk
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
Preparation method
Prep: 30 mins | Cook: 5 mins1. Sift flour into a bowl and add sugar.
2. Combine eggs, milk and cream and slowly whisk into the flour until smooth. Allow to stand for 20 minutes.
3. Preheat skillet over medium heat (a 10-inch pancake frying pan works best).
4. Pour 1/2 cup batter onto the skillet and rotate to spread over the whole surface.
5. Cook for 30 seconds on either side. Serve warm.
