Ingredients
100 g | powdered sugar |
1 tbsp | vanilla sugar |
100 g | flour |
1 tbsp | baking powder |
10 tbsp | cooking oil |
4 medium | eggs |
Instructions
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix with an electric hand-held blender for 2 minutes. Fill in baking dish. Place in oven for 15 – 20 minutes at175°C or until a wooden toothpick comes out clean. Let cool in baking dish.To serve, spread some whipped cream or custard on the cooled sponge and cover with fruits.
