Ingredients
3 | eggs, separated |
5 tbsp | sugar |
¼ | lemon, juice and grated zest |
6 tbsp | flour |
some | butter |
whipped cream | |
berries of your choice |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C.In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with sugar, lemon juice and zest until creamy and pale yellow. Stir in the sifted flour. Whisk the egg whites until stiff. Fold the beaten egg white in the batter.
Pour the batter into buttered tartlet tins. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
Allow to cool and serve filled with berries of your choice and topped with whipped cream.
