Ingredients
300 g | spinach, fresh or frozen, thawed |
180 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
30 g | fresh basil |
2 clove(s) | garlic |
180 ml | olive oil |
2 tbsp | lemon juice |
Instructions
Drain spinach.
Combine spinach with cheese, basil and garlic in a blender and process until mixed. Gradually add olive oil and add as much is needed to make a thick paste.
Stir in lemon juice, cover, and store in refrigerator.
