|300 g||spinach, fresh or frozen, thawed|
|180 g||Parmesan cheese, grated|
|30 g||fresh basil|
|180 ml||olive oil|
|2 tbsp||lemon juice|
Combine spinach with cheese, basil and garlic in a blender and process until mixed. Gradually add olive oil and add as much is needed to make a thick paste.
Stir in lemon juice, cover, and store in refrigerator.
