This is a recipe I got from my mom…we use it as a side dish and its always a hit!

Ingredients
Serves: 6- 1 box (10 ounce) chopped spinach
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon grated onion
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 cup Pepperidge Farm(R) herb seasoned stuffing
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 45 mins1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Cook and drain spinach.
3. Mix all ingredients together. Spread in buttered 8×8-inch baking dish.
4. Sprinkle 3/4 cup more stuffing on top .
5. Bake until heated through. May take 45 min to an hour to cook.
