spinach balls recipe details
- Ingredients
- 2 packages frozen chopped spinach
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups herb stuffing (packaged)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1-1/2 teaspoons thyme
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- Salt and pepper
Cook spinach according to package directions; drain and squeeze dry. Mix together all ingredients. Chill for 2 hours. Roll into 1-inch balls. Freeze on cookie sheet. When frozen, store in plastic bags until needed. Thaw before baking. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
