- Ingredients
- Custard mix:
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- nutmeg, white pepper, and salt to taste
- Quiche:
- One 14-ounce can of artichoke hearts chopped in small pieces
- 1 cup spinach, finely chopped
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 2 pre-baked 8-inch pie shells
