spinach artichoke dip recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | cream cheese |
400 g | artichoke hearts |
400 g | spinach, frozen |
50 ml | mayonaise |
50 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
50 g | romano cheese, grated |
1 clove(s) | garlic |
½ tsp | basil, dried or 1 tbsp fresh |
1 | mozzarella |
Instructions
Thaw out spinach and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.Let the cream cheese come to room temperature.
Drain artichoke hearts and cut into small pieces.
Press or chop garlic.
Mix all ingredients except the mozzarella and season with salt and pepper.
Fill into baking dish and cover with sliced mozzarella. Bake at 175°C for about 25 minutes or until hot and cheese has melted.
Serve hot with tortilla chips or fresh baguette. Feel free to try different cheeses, maybe something with jalapeņos for a little extra flavour.
