Ingredients
700 g | fresh spinach, cooked, chopped |
250 g | ricotta cheese, crumbled |
3 medium | onions, chopped |
3 medium | ginger roots, chopped |
1 medium | tomato, chopped |
1 ½ tsp | cumin seeds |
½ tsp | turmeric |
½ tsp | red chili powder |
2 | cloves |
1 pinch(es) | nutmeg, ground |
1 tbsp | oil |
Instructions
Fry cheese in a bit of oil.Fry the chopped onions and when almost brown, add the ginger. Reduce heat and add the tomato, then the spices and salt.
Cover for a few minutes, then add the spinach and salt. Simmer for about 5 minutes, add the cheese pieces, mix and serve.
