Ingredients
4 | turkey escalopes |
300 g | carrots, sliced |
300 g | leek, sliced |
200 g | onions, sliced |
2 clove(s) | garlic, mashed |
2 tbsp | balsamic vinegar |
3 tbsp | oil |
400 ml | BBQ sauce |
salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, garlic and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Turn the escalopes in the marinade and allow to soak for 1 hour.In a pan, heat the oil. Sauté the vegetables for 5 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside. Add the escalopes and fry from both sides for 3-4 minutes. Return the vegetables and add the remaining marinade. Simmer for 8-10 minutes.
