Spicy Tortilla Salad with Minced Meat recipe

|250 g||beef mince|
|salt and pepper|
|1||wheat tortilla, cut into strips|
|1 can(s)||corn, rinsed and drained|
|1 can(s)||kidney beans, rinsed and drained|
|1||red chilli, sliced|
|2||red onions, sliced|
|½ head(s)||lettuce, leaves separated|
|4 tbsp||lemon juice|
|2||red bell peppers, cleaned and diced|
In a pan heat the oil. Add the minced beef and fry until brown and crumbly. Season with salt, pepper and chilli.
Toast the tortilla strips on a lined baking tray in the preheated oven at 180°C for 5 minutes.
Mix the yoghurt with chilli and season to taste with lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar. Stir in corn, beans, peppers and lettuce and toss. Sprinkle with the minced meat.
Serve with the tortilla strips.
