Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 mango, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup cubed avocado
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped seeded jalapeno pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
- 3 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspono honey
- 1 pound halibut steaks
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 (6-inch) flour tortillas, warmed
- 4 teaspoons sweet Thai chili sauce
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 8 mins1. Toss mango, avocado, onion, and jalapeno together in a bowl. Add cilantro, 2 teaspoons olive oil, lemon juice, and honey. Stir well to combine.
2. Preheat grill to high and lightly oil grate.
3. Coat halibut with 1 teaspoon olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Set on grill and close lid. Cook for about 4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes, until halibut is cooked through.
4. Stuff tortillas with fish, mango salsa, lettuce, and chili sauce. Serve.
