All noodle lovers (and that’s pretty much all of us), try this Thai-style noodle dish with peanut sauce.

Ingredients
Serves: 6- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sherry
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 drops hot sauce (to taste)
- 3/4 pound uncooked spaghetti
- 1 (1 pound) beef top sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons canola oil
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced fresh carrot
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
- 2 green onions, sliced
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook spaghetti in boiling water according to package directions, until al dente. Drain.
2. Combine milk, peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, sherry, garlic, red pepper flakes, and hot sauce in a saucepan and set over medium heat. When mixture reaches a boil, turn off heat.
3. Pour 1/2 teaspoon oil into a large skillet and set over high heat. Add beef and cook until well-browned, then transfer to a plate and cover with foil.
4. Pour the rest of the oil into the skillet and add the carrot and red pepper. Cook for 4 minutes, then stir in green onions and cook for another 3 minutes. Vegetables should be bright-colored and almost tender.
5. Stir beef back into the skilllet, along with spaghetti. Drizzle with the sauce and stir well.
