Ingredients
800 g | potatoes, peeled and quartered |
1 tbsp | oil |
sea salt and pepper | |
paprika powder | |
1 | onion, sliced |
75 g | gherkins, chopped |
500 g | frying sausages, sliced |
1 tbsp | lard |
1 | red bell pepper, diced |
1 | yellow bell pepper, diced |
1 | green bell pepper, diced |
500 g | pureed tomatoes |
6 tbsp | ketchup |
2 tbsp | curry powder |
Instructions
Put the potatoes into a baking tray and add the oil, salt and paprika powder. Toss and take care the potatoes are well coated. Roast in the preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked.In a pan heat the lard. Fry the sausages until brown and crispy all around. Remove from the pan, set aside and keep warm.
Put peppers and the onions into the pan and stir-fry until translucent and slightly golden. Add the gherkins, tomatoes, ketchup and curry powder and bring to a boil. Simmer for a few minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Return the sausage slices.
Serve with the potatoes.
