Spicy Rice recipe

|2 tbsp||olive oil|
|2 medium||onion, chopped|
|3 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
|2 tbsp||jalapeno peppers, finely chopped|
|500 ml||vegetable broth|
|¾ tsp||cumin, ground|
|2 tbsp||fresh cilantro, minced|
|salt, to taste|
Pour oil in a saucepan and sauté onion and garlic until tender.
Add rice, jalapeños, broth, and cumin to saucepan and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or rice is tender and all liquid is absorbed.
Remove from heat, stir in cilantro and add salt to taste.
