Ingredients
250 g | green beans, cut inot bite-sized pieces |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
cayenne pepper | |
1 | red bell pepper, diced |
400 g | potatoes, peeled and cut into 3cm cubes |
1 tbsp | oil |
400 ml | vegetable stock |
1 tsp | marjoram |
1 large | pork sausage, sliced |
1 tbsp | sour cream |
Instructions
In a saucepan heat the oil and fry the potatoes until slightly golden all around. Deglaze with the stock and add the beans and the bell pepper. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat until the potatoes are cooked.Season to taste with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and marjoram. Add the sausage and cook for 5 more minutes.
Ladle the stew into deep plates and serve topped with a dollop of the sour cream.
