- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 ounce can Campbell’s Healthy Request Cream of Broccoli soup
- 1 Pint of nonfat sour cream
- 4 ounces lowfat sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 ounces Kraft Healthy Favorites Fat Free Cheddar
- 2 pounds potatoes, cooked and cubed.
- 1 cup corn flakes, crushed, for topping.
- Nutrition (per serving): 180 calories
- Saturated fat 1 gram
- Total fat 2 grams (10% of calories)
- Protein 10 grams (21% of calories)
- Carbohydrates 31 grams (68% of calories)
