1 Tablespoon dried minced onion
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
12 ounce can Campbell’s Healthy Request Cream of Broccoli soup
1 Pint of nonfat sour cream
4 ounces lowfat sharp cheddar cheese, grated
4 ounces Kraft Healthy Favorites Fat Free Cheddar
2 pounds potatoes, cooked and cubed.
1 cup corn flakes, crushed, for topping.
Nutrition (per serving): 180 calories
Saturated fat 1 gram
Total fat 2 grams (10% of calories)
Protein 10 grams (21% of calories)
Carbohydrates 31 grams (68% of calories)
Cholesterol 6 mg.
Fiber 1 gram
Vitamin A 154 IU
Alcohol 0 grams
Sodium 124 mg.
Iron 1 mg.
Vitamin C 16 mg.
Instructions:

In a large bowl combine all ingredients except the corn flakes. Mix well and pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes on top. Bake at 350 degrees F or 45 to 60 minutes.
