Ingredients
100 g | salami, diced |
1 can(s) | tomatoes, diced |
1 tsp | paprika powder |
½ tsp | chili flakes |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
sugar | |
1 | red bell pepper, diced |
400 g | pasta |
125 g | chorizo, diced |
4 tbsp | freshly grated Cheddar cheese |
2 tbsp | basil, chopped |
Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.In a pan, stir-fry the salami and the chorizo with garlic and bell peppers for 3 minutes. Pour in the tomatoes and bring to a boil. Season to taste with paprika powder, chili, salt, pepper and sugar.
Drain the cooked pasta, add into the pan together with the basil and cheese and toss well. Serve immediately.
