Ingredients

• 1 can Spam
• 1 fresh head green cabbage
• 1 stick real butter

Preparation method

Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 20 mins

1. Slice & dice spam. Melt 1/2 of the butter in a 12-inch skillet. Fry Spam on low. Meanwhile…
2. Shred or chop cabbage. When spam is browning, add mo butter & cabbage, stir and saute 4 -5 minutes.
3. Cover skillet, cook, (steam) on med heat. When tender-crisp, eat and enjoy!! Try lots of freshly ground black pepper.Tip
