Ingredients
2 tbsp | butter |
5 | green onions, sliced |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
2 tbsp | flour |
240 ml | milk |
½ tsp | Cajun seasoning |
2 | plum tomatoes, diced |
50 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
2 drop(s) | Tabasco sauce |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Heat butter over low heat until melted. Add the green onions and garlic and cook, stirring, for 1 minutes. Sprinkle in flour and stir until well blended.
Stir in milk, Cajun seasoning and cook the sauce, whisking, until thickened. Season with salt and pepper and Tabasco sauce.
Stir in diced tomatoes and Parmesan cheese, and cook, stirring, until cheese is melted.
