Ingredients
Serves: 6- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
- 2 1/2 pounds baking potatoes, chopped into thick French fries
- 1 cup crumbled bleu cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 45 mins1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Whisk together 2 tablespoons hot sauce, 1 tablespoon butter, and seasoned salt. Toss with potatoes in a large bowl, then spread on prepared baking sheet.
3. Bake potatoes for 45 minutes, until crispy. Remove from oven.
4. Whisk together the remaining hot sauce and butter. Pour over baked potatoes and toss to coat.
5. To make the dipping sauce, combine bleu cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and pepper in a saucepan and heat over medium until warm, about 3 minutes. Serve.
