Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons steak sauce
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons steak seasoning
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 4 (8 ounce) beef ribeye steaks
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 15 mins | Extra time: 8 hours, marinating1. To make the marinade, whisk together the barbecue sauce, oil, Worcestershire, steak sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, steak seasoning, hot sauce, and minced garlic.
2. Place steaks in shallow glass baking dish; pour marinade over the meat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight, turning every 4 hours or so.
3. Heat grill to Medium-Hot and lightly oil grate.
4. Remove beef from marinade and grill for about 6 minutes, then flip and grill for another 6 minutes. Adjust timing for different degrees of doneness.
