This recipe has a wonderful flavor when you combine the grilled chicken and the roasted chilies and fresh garlic. All my friends love it and they are always asking me when I will be making more.

Ingredients
Serves: 10- 10 chicken thighs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh garlic mineced
- 24 fresh green chiles
- 6 fresh jalapenos
- 2-8 fresh habaneros, depending on how spicy you like it
- 2 fresh tomatoes
- 1 (96 ounce) can Bush’s(R) chili beans
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 9 hours1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil the grate.
2. Take the chicken thighs and grill them until juices no longer run pink, then cut them up.
3. Roast all the chiles. Remove the skins and seeds; cut into small pieces.
4. Then put the chicken, garlic and tomatoes, chiles, and beans in a crock pot or saucepan. Cook for 8 hours in crock pot or 3 hours on stove top on low.
