So my girlfriend was sick and I wanted to make her a healthy soup to feel better. I mixed garlic and cayenne pepper and made an amazing soup. It was an amazing mix and now yours to enjoy!!
Ready in: 30 mins

Ingredients

Serves: 4
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 4 cups Milk or Half and Half
  • 8 cloves Minced or Roasted Garlic
  • 3 cubes Chicken Bouillon
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/2 cup White Wine
  • 2 cups Parmesan Cheese

Preparation method

Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 15 mins

1. Melt butter and flour together to make a roux.
2. When butter and flour is a creamy texture add milk, garlic, bouillon, cayenne pepper, sugar, ginger, salt and white wine.
3. Bring to a boil and boil until wine is cooked out, mixing cheese in a handful at a time. Serve warm.
