Ingredients
1 bunch(es) | spring onions, sliced |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 tbsp | oil |
1 tbsp | almonds, chopped |
1 tsp | chili powder |
1 tsp | cilantro |
1 tsp | curry powder |
salt | |
1 pack(s) | peas, frozen |
100 g | sour cream |
½ tsp | turmeric |
500 g | tomatoes, peeled and diced |
6 | hard boiled eggs, sliced |
Instructions
In a saucepan, heat the oil and fry the onions and the garlic over medium until lucent. Stir in almonds, chili, cilantro, curry and turmeric. Pour in the cream and the peas and cook over low heat for some minutes. Stir in the tomatoes and cook for 3-4 more minutes. Season to taste with salt.Fold in the eggs and wait until hot, then serve.
