Ingredients

1 bunch(es) spring onions, sliced
1 clove(s) garlic, minced
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp almonds, chopped
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cilantro
1 tsp curry powder
salt
1 pack(s) peas, frozen
100 g sour cream
½ tsp turmeric
500 g tomatoes, peeled and diced
6  hard boiled eggs, sliced

Instructions

In a saucepan, heat the oil and fry the onions and the garlic over medium until lucent. Stir in almonds, chili, cilantro, curry and turmeric. Pour in the cream and the peas and cook over low heat for some minutes. Stir in the tomatoes and cook for 3-4 more minutes. Season to taste with salt.

Fold in the eggs and wait until hot, then serve.
