Ingredients
Serves: 8- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chiles
- 1 (2 1/2 ounce) package thinly sliced dried beef, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Preheat a toaster oven to 350 degrees F and coat an 8×8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add pecans and cook for about 5 minutes to brown.
3. Stir cream cheese together with sour cream, milk, green chiles, beef, horseradish, and garlic salt in a bowl. Pour into prepared baking dish and top with pecans.
4. Bake in the toaster oven for about 20 minutes until melty. Serve with baguette slices for dipping.
