Ingredients
1 head(s) | broccoli, cut into florets, smaller pieces |
For the marinade: | |
240 ml | olive oil |
90 ml | vinegar |
1 tbsp | dill |
For the Dip: | |
240 ml | mayonnaise |
1 tbsp | curry |
1 small | onion, grated |
½ tsp | Tabasco sauce |
salt, to taste |
Instructions
Cook broccoli until tender.Combine oil, sugar, vinegar and dill in a bowl, place broccoli inside and marinade for 6 hours.
Mix together all the ingredients for the dip and chill.
Add broccoli to the dip and process in a blender until smooth.
Serve with raw vegetables or bread sticks.
