Spicy 25-Minute Turkey Chili in the Pressure Cooker

Ingredients

- 1 1/4 pounds ground turkey
- 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can Mexican stewed tomatoes, with juices
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 small red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed, minced
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 25 mins
1. Break turkey up into small pieces. Place turkey and all remaining ingredients in a pressure cooker, stir, then close.
2. Let the pressure cooker come to full pressure on high heat, then turn heat down to medium-high and cook for 5 more minutes. Cool, stir, and serve.
