|240 g||walnut plump pieces and golden halves|
Slightly beat 1 egg white and 1 tbsp water with a fork. Stir in walnuts plump pieces and golden halves.
Mix sugar, 3/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 tsp cloves and 1/4 tsp nutmeg; sprinkle over walnuts, stirring until well coated.
Spread in buttered shallow pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 150°C, stirring 2 or 3 times.
