Ingredients
3 ½ cup(s) | flour |
2 cup(s) | sugar |
4 medium | eggs |
1 tsp | baking powder |
1 cup(s) | sparkling wine or sparkling water |
3 tbsp | orange juice |
1 cup(s) | oil |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.In a bowl, mix all ingredients together until smooth. Pour the batter onto a baking tray, lined with baking paper.
Bake the cake for 20-30 minutes, until golden brown.
Remove from the heat and allow to cool completely.
You can cut the cake into every shape you like, e. g. a heart, star or circle. Decorate the cake with sugar icing, chocolate, fruits or jelly babies.
