|500 g||fresh mushrooms|
|4 clove(s)||garlic, chopped|
|1 tbsp||balsamic vinegar|
|1 bunch(es)||parsley, chopped|
Remove the stem of the mushrooms and wash them.
Heat the oil and add the garlic and the mushrooms. Cook them while tossing them all the time.
Season and sprinkle with the parsley.
