Ingredients

750 g	fish fillets
	salt and pepper
2	onions, sliced
2	red bell peppers, sliced
4	tomatoes, peeled and sliced
100 g	mushrooms, sliced
8	anchovies
½ cup(s)	white wine
1 tsp	chives, chopped

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

In a buttered casserole dish arrange the fish fillets. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add the onions, bell peppers, tomatoes and mushrooms. Place the anchovies on top. Pour over the wine and bake for 20 minutes or until the fish is done.

Serve sprinkled with chives.
