Ingredients
1 | onion, chopped |
5 sprig(s) | thyme, chopped |
1 | lemon, juice and grated rind |
3 | turkey escalopes, each cut into 4 pieces |
300 g | prawn, ready to cook |
400 g | single cream |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
20 g | butter |
1 tsp | instant chicken stock |
300 g | spaghetti |
6 tbsp | oil |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
In a pan melt the butter and sauté the onions. Pour in the cream, stock and lemon zest. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes.Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain.
In a pan heat the oil and fry the turkey steaks with some of the thyme and the garlic until golden on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Take the escalopes out of the pan and keep warm. Add the prawns and the remaining thyme and garlic into the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Season to taste the cream sauce with the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix in the cooked pasta. Serve together with the turkey steaks and the prawns.
