spaghetti with mushrooms and walnuts recipe details
Ingredients
400 g | spaghetti |
500 g | mushrooms, sliced |
2 tbsp | dried cèpe, finely ground |
100 g | butter |
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste | |
2 handful | walnuts, chopped and toasted |
1 | onion, finely chopped |
2 tbsp | parsley, finely chopped |
Instructions
Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.Heat some butter and sauté the onions until lucent. Add the mushrooms and cook stirring for some minutes. Add the remaining butter and the cèpe powder and cook stirring over low heat until the butter is slightly browned. Season to taste with salt and pepper and stir in the parsley.
Drain the cooked spaghetti, add to the mushrooms and toss. Divide the pasta mixture onto the plates and serve sprinkled with the nuts.
