Ingredients

400 g	spaghetti
	salt and freshly ground black pepper
200 g	mushrooms, sliced
1	onion, chopped
2 clove(s)	garlic, mashed
3 tbsp	fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp	chili flakes
100 g	Parmesan cheese, grated
70 g	Gruyere cheese, grated
70 g	Appenzeller cheese, grated
70 g	Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
200 ml	single cream
200 ml	milk
	garlic powder
1 tbsp	olive oil

Instructions

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain.

In a saucepan, heat the butter and sauté the onion and the garlic until lucent. Add the mushrooms and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Pour in the cream and the milk. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and add all of the cheese. Cook stirring until the cheese has melted. Mix in the parsley and the chili flakes and season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Serve the cooked spaghetti with the sauce.
