Ingredients
400 g | spaghetti |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
200 g | mushrooms, sliced |
1 | onion, chopped |
2 clove(s) | garlic, mashed |
3 tbsp | fresh parsley, chopped |
1 tsp | chili flakes |
100 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
70 g | Gruyere cheese, grated |
70 g | Appenzeller cheese, grated |
70 g | Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled |
200 ml | single cream |
200 ml | milk |

1 tbsp | olive oil |
Instructions
Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain.In a saucepan, heat the butter and sauté the onion and the garlic until lucent. Add the mushrooms and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Pour in the cream and the milk. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and add all of the cheese. Cook stirring until the cheese has melted. Mix in the parsley and the chili flakes and season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Serve the cooked spaghetti with the sauce.
