Ingredients
300 g | spaghetti |
salt and pepper | |
400 g | tomatoes, peeled and diced |
100 g | cooked ham, diced |
2 tbsp | oil |
4 medium | eggs |
dried thyme |
Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain.In a large pan heat the oil. Briefly cook the pasta, tomatoes and the ham. In a bowl, whisk the eggs. Season with salt, pepper and thyme. Evenly pour the eggs over the pasta. Fry over low heat until just set.
Cut into pie pieces and serve with fresh green salad.
