Ingredients
500 g | spaghetti |
300 g | sword fish |
300 g | prawns (uncooked and unpeeled) |
500 g | San Marzano tomatoes |
some | salt |
some | pepper |
some | rosmary |
1 clove(s) | garlic |
1 small | onion |
some | olive oil |
Instructions
Scald the tomatoes in hot water and then peel them. Chop them, chop the onion and garlic and slowly fry in olive oil.Then add the sword fish cut into cubes. Let cook for 15 minutes. Add salt, pepper, rosmary to taste.
Wash the prawns and cut the shell along the spine to make them cook better. Now cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water. Put the prawns onto the tomato sauce and let cook for a few minutes, then turn them over untill they are cooked well. Take the prawns out and set aside.
Add the spaghetti to the sauce and mix well.
Serve on plates and decorate with some prawns.
