Ingredients
soy beans | |

sugar, to taste | |
oil |
Instructions
Wash and soak soy beans overnight. Use cold water in summer and warm water in winter.Put beans in blender and add water and bit of oil. Process only for about 10 seconds and then filter through a cheesecloth.
Bring the milky solution to a boil, about 5 minutes.
If the taste is too strong, add a little sugar.
Soy Bean Milk can also be used for vegetable soup.
