Hot Honey Mustard Dip recipe

|90 ml||dry mustard|
|180 ml||white vinegar|
|2 medium||eggs, yolks only|
Combine mustard and vinegar in a small bowl and stir to blend. Cover and let stand for 12 hours at room temperature.
Combine mustard mixture with the honey and yolks in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 7-10 minutes.
