Ingredients
90 ml | dry mustard |
180 ml | white vinegar |
120 ml | honey |
2 medium | eggs, yolks only |
Instructions
Combine mustard and vinegar in a small bowl and stir to blend. Cover and let stand for 12 hours at room temperature.Combine mustard mixture with the honey and yolks in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 7-10 minutes.
