Tasty, tender grilled pork with spicy flavor from a soy and cayenne marinade.

Ingredients
Serves: 6- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- Zest and juice of 1 1/2 lemons
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 4 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 (1 pound) pork tenderloins
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 20 mins | Extra time: 2 hours, marinating1. Stir all ingredients except pork together in a bowl. Measure out 1/4 cup of the mixture and reserve in a smaller bowl. Pour the rest into two large plastic resealable bags, add pork to each, and seal.
2. Refrigerate the bowl of reserved marinade and the bags for 2 hours. Then drain the pork from the marinade.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high. (If using wood chips, try mesquite.)
4. Set pork on the grill and brown for about 10 minutes, a few minutes on all four sides. Baste with the reserved unused marinade.
5. Turn heat down to medium-low and close the lid. Cook for another 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until pork reaches an internal temperature of 155 degrees F.
6. Remove from heat and let the meat rest for about 5 minutes. Slice and serve.
