- Ingredients
- One 8-ounce package refrigerated crescent dinner roll dough
- 1-1/2 cups jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup diced green chiles
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup Grey PouponFrench mustard
- 1 Tablespoon cilantro or parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- red and green bell peppers and tomato, diced, for garnish
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll dough and press perforations together. Press dough into bottom and up sides of a greased 13 x 2 x 2-inch baking pan and bake for 5 to 8 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from oven and sprinkle with half the cheese. Top with chiles, onions, and then the rest of the cheese. Blend eggs, milk, mustard, cilantro or parsley and chili powder and pour over cheese mixture. Return to oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until set. Cool for 5 minutes and garnish with diced bell peppers and tomato.
