- Ingredients
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound halibut
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- Fine bread crumbs
Marinate fish in white wine and salt a couple of hours. Drain fish dry with paper towels. Dip both sides in bread crumbs. Place in greased baking dish. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and onion. Spread over fish. Sprinkle with crumbs and paprika. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
